Jason was very kind, respectful, and informative on the service being provided. I loved that he was able to come early in the morning and thoroughly assess our home prior to starting service. He is excellent. Our carpet and tiles look amazing! He answered every question I had and he was able to walk us through how to spot clean areas if we ever have any spills in the future. We will definitely use Zerorez again and request Jason!
My technician took the time to explain the process before he started cleaning. He went over the services i had requested and even let me know that i would be getting my hallway cleaned for free! As he completed one area he would ask me to look it over before he went to the next area. He was professional and personable, completing the job in a timely manner. I was impressed and would use Zerorez again.

Service technicians were on time or even earlier than scheduled. Very professional.
Product did a very good job cleaning some very dirty carpet. Employee was extremely conscientious about covering every portion of the carpets to ensure that as much dirt as possible could be removed. The only negative I could point to is that the employee could have been a little more careful in his spraying of the emulsifying agent he used on the dirtiest spots. It was getting on some of the furniture. Other than that, he did a great job!
