I have been extremely pleased with the cleaning of 2 area rugs. When an area on the smaller one was returned and the dirty area had not been completely resolved they immediately took it back to the facility and I was contacted about it and reassured what methods would be tried to eliminate it. When it was returned it looked like it was just purchased. All the cleaning was amazing.
I also had a sofa cleaned and was also very pleased with the results. This company does great work and works well with their clients.

The technician (Emmanuel) who cleaned our couch was great. Super friendly and thorough. He spent around an hour on our couch, and we found it to be very clean. The estimate was accurate; I was charged what I expected to be charged. This was my first time using Zerorez and I liked it.

We was well pleased with the service the carpet cleaner the person it was excellent,excellent, excellent.

Our technician, Tohmas, was excellent. He explained all before starting and after completion. He also was able to let us know what we should be looking out for in the future and when to have the carpets cleaned again.

The guys that came out were excellent! They were very informative about what they were doing and the suggestions that made. I was extremely pleased with the results when they finished. They were on time with their arrival. I would love to have them back out the next time I clean my carpet. SUPER JOB!!!!
