Carlton, the Zerorez technician, did a fabulous job. The white carpet had pet stains which he removed completely. The carpet looks and smells brand new! He was efficient and pleasant. We highly recommend Carlton and Zerorez. Five star service. We plan to schedule Zerorez rug and upholstery cleaning next month.

Our service provider, Carlton, was very professional and helpful. Also, the equipment has been streamlined since our last cleaning and seems less bulky. It was nice to have several blowers placed around in the rooms where the carpet needed drying while Carlton worked.

My service tech did a great job explaining what services I needed and then shared immediately what the cost was. He also did a fantastic job with the actual cleaning itself and completed the work fast with little disruption.
The technician was very thorough in cleaning my rugs. He did sn excellent job. I was very pleased with the results as it had been a couple of years since I'd had my carpet cleaned. I was highly satisfied.
They do what the adds claim they do, but most of all it was the level of professionalism from the 2 service men and their knowledge on the products. They really knew their trade! Thank you~
