Excellent service. One recommendation - Service techs need a larger device like a small tablet vs. a telephone for the contract review and signing process. Looking at the tiny screen of a personal cell phone is not appropriate, nor is it safe to have to stand that close to a service tech to see and sign the contract. For $1800, I would expect this final detail to be as professional as the rest of the experience. Marjorie Mitchell

Technician, Roderick, was on time, explained what to expect and asked if there were any questions about anything he had discussed. He was thorough, professional and friendly. The cleaning process was quick and efficient. I definitely felt as though my carpet was cleaner than before he arrived.
The process from the beginning when I called was easy . The customer service rep was friendly. The tech that came to my house was friendly and polite and was respectful .
