2 young men, so sorry I forgot there names, came to clean our carpets, one training the other...I was BEYOND IMPRESSED with there professionalism, customer service, Kindness, and knowledge of all aspects of the business.
The trainer was excellent, guiding and prompting the 'student' on what to say, what to ask and how to do the job efficiently. The student soaked up everything and answered all questions posted to him by his trainer as well as questioned the trainer on a few things, i.e. moving the piano bench.
I can't say enough, positive things. Also, thank you to Zerorez for patience as we are moving and i changed my appointment about a dozen times.
I have never written such a lengthy review! 2 Thumbs UP Zerorez! I hope you compensate your employees well!

The people I dealt with over the phone were all very pleasant and courteous. When I spoke to the Customer Service manager he was also very helpful and took care of the issue I was concerned about.

Very high quality service during the entire process. Jacob did excellent job with cleaning stairs and furniture, and arranging for area rug to be cleaned at your facility. Anthony provided excellent follow-up on area rug status and delivery info. The men who delivered rug did excellent job of placing the rug perfectly. Everything was very efficient and professional. I will definitely call Zerorez for my next project, and will most definitely recommend you to family and friends.

My tech (Javaris) was very nice and thorough. Thoughtful and considerate. I have a small area to clean and he really worked hard to make it look terrific. The rooms after cleaning smelled fresh and it just made me happy to know that my carpet was clean.

I am completely happy with my carpet cleaning choice of zerorez. The technician was professional in appearance and knowledge of his craft. He was approachable with a kind attitude. The carpet cleaning did not take as long as i thought it would. My carpet looked great and a stain was removed that i had great concern about.

The service person was honest and did a great job. He was professional and explained everything before he performed the service. I will use Zerorez again.
