Service was great but very disappointed that the guy who showed up was coming to my home without a mask . You don’t know me I don’t know you, you’re showing up to clean my carpet (3 bedrooms) without a face mask. I had to ask him to get a mask. I had my 18-month old niece and 8 year old niece in my home. Even when asked he still did not wear the mask throughout his time in my home.
Your Technician Metruah Duncan was extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Our carpets have never looked or felt cleaner. He provided the service in a timely manner and was courteous of our small children and having the carpets dried in their rooms. A++ on the talent that your company hires. The Biggest issue after cleaning is how long the carpets take to dry. My carpets were substantially dry within 3 hours. Turn the pressure down tech and help

Timothy Tyree and another gentleman came out to clean my air ducts. Their customer service was good and took care of my issues and recommended another product to help reduce the mold/bacteria in the house.

Always on time, always professional and ALWAYS the best carpet service. I tried to go the cheaper route one time getting my carpet cleaned and I ended up having to call Zeroez to come fix what they did. Zeroez is not over price at all and if you think it is just remember the quality service you are receiving. I will always use Zeroez for my carpet cleaning. I have pets and they are very hard on our carpet and when a Zeroez technician leaves my carpet looks brand new and smells AMAZING.

Our technicians were great. The only issue was the heat didn’t come on heat when it got cold yesterday and we turned it on for first time after their service. We had to have an hvac service tech come out yesterday evening. A switch had been flipped off. He only had to reset it and we had heat. So there will be a service charge for this.
The guys are always pleasant and try to make sure we are pleased with the carpets before leaving.
