Brian did an outstanding job revitalizing our flooring (carpet). Make no mistake about this task, sustaining clean flooring is an important part of a home's ambience. Unlike furniture or appliances, you cannot simply just move the flooring to create a new scenery. Therefore, maintaining the flooring is a highly important task, that requires skill and expertise to ensure it is done properly. Service was fantastic! The technician was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable, a pleasure to have cleaning our carpets. He was ahead of schedule and called ahead of time to see if he could start the job early if it worked with our schedules. Very respectful of our things and was willing to help move the heavy couch around so he could clean under it. Highly recommend!

Toby was polite and courteous. Apparently he was being retrained on some of your procedures by another gentleman. The other gentleman sounded like he knew your processes very well but demonstrated very poor training skills and was at times speaking down to Toby making the situation very awkward. As it was obvious that Toby needed help with the procedures. I think you may need to retrain your trainer on how to effectively train someone.
I was very pleased with the re-visit from Zerozez and a new tech. Ford did an amazing job and so impressed with management for reaching out and correcting my carpet cleaning.
