It was easy to schedule the appointment, I received reminders and the rep called to confirm to make sure everything was still okay. The representative did a fantastic job! Quality and professional services from start to finish. Very respectful in terms of masking up before entering my home—-I appreciate that. My carpet is nice and clean—Zerorex was able to clean areas others claimed not cleanable.

Service men were great. They called before showing up, they explain what they were going to do, they protected our hardwoods. We received photos of the before and after of our duct cleaning. The gentlemen were very polite.

You guys are the ABSOLUTE BEST!! I have had two area rugs cleaned, and a sofa and I have been more than happy with the results. Two wonderful men picked up my rug each time and returned it. Jason Lewis is friendly, respectful and goes above and beyond to be helpful. Most importantly, I was not pleased with some soil remaining on the small area rug fringe and they suggested it should go back without me even asking. The company was in touch to inform me of the measures they would take to remove this soil. It was returned today in perfect condition!!!!

I would not hesitate to recommend this company and tell everyone how pleased I was using them.
