The service and the quality of Zerorez is by far the best in floor cleaning. The technicians Ed and Marco was very knowledgeable and helpful during their visit. They corrected some of the flaws we ran into and made adjustments where they could.

The big deciding factor for us to use Zerorez was that they do not use harsh chemical to clean. This was our first time using them to clean the carpets and we will use them the next time our carpets are cleaned. The technician was professional and friendly. Price very reasonable.

I like the customer service the most. They are prompt and friendly and easy to get an appointment scheduled. I did have a few spots they were not able to get completely clean. So I was a little disappointed with that. Otherwise all was good.
