I think your service is fantastic. The gentleman that came and did our service was extremely professional. A very nice person and did not mind me watching everything he did. We have a pet urine issue that he applied 2 gallons of solution on it and unfortunately it still did not work. I do not blame your company at all. We are going to let it rest for a few more days and see if it gets better. I am not sure of anything else you could do at this point since you have tried twice.

Keenan was very amiable and a pleasure to talk to. He was very efficient and clearly a hard worker. The carpets in the house are old and Keenan brought them back to like. They look fantastic. It was quite a transformation. We are very impressed with Zerorez and Keenan!

This service was good and especially enjoyed the professionalism and work of the two workers who cleaned the furnace/ducts. give them a raise!!!! However, this is a major complaint. At the home show we received 10% discount and the reps were excellent But the extra cleaning things as coils etc was quite more expensive and gives me some thoughts about baiting customers. I would like a manager to call me to further dicuss. Please feel free ask for Bill at Phone number removed.

The carpet did not dry as fast as the tech said it would though. She said 4-6 hours. Over 10 hours later the carpet still felt wet in spots to the touch of our bare feet.

Scheduling to completion of service, I had a great experience. I scheduled online, and a few days later, I called with a few questions. The CS rep was attentive and knowledgeable. On the day of service, I received a text from Tim L., our technician, stating he would arrive within 40 minutes. Exactly 40 minutes, he arrived. He was professional from the beginning to the end. We walked through the areas that needed service. He offered suggestions as he educated me on the process. No over sale. He provided a written invoice prior to service. As this was my first time using Zerorez, it won't be my last. I highly recommend Zerorez and Tim L.. I hope I can have him service us in the future.
