On time and very professional. The tech made my carpets look like new after 5 years of parties then kids. Also my house smells better. I noticed my carpet is actually off white and not a sandy color. Doing this annually now.

I love that there is no chemical or soapy residue. Our carpets are so old, I wasn’t hopeful they could look better. My old carpets look much better! I’m pleasantly surprised and very thankful!

Carson came back to re-do a spot that didn't come completely clean the first time. He was very professional, again and on time. He was very thorough and did a wonderful job on this spot.
