All the technicians I've dealt with have been professional and tried to do a great job. The manager was very fair in trying to make the carpet right even I waited to tell them of my concerns. I do think there is a problem with the chemicals on a light carpet and how completely it needs to be extracted, but I can't fault anyone for lack of trying and giving good customer service.

Great service done right and fast
My appointment window was between 8am-10am and I received a call letting me know that my technician was a little behind and may not make it by 10am. My tech, Omari, called me to let me know he was on his way and was extremely nice and professional all the way through the experience. Omari was quick, efficient and answered all of my questions regarding the treatment of not only my carpet but also the rug cleaning service. I will definitely recommend Zerorez and Omari to people I know.

Tim was especially great! He worked hard to get up some stains in my carpet. He was friendly and did a wonderful job.
I arrived home with my husband just a couple minutes before Tim arrived. I was still getting my husband out of the car, who has Dementia andParkinson’s. Tim even helped carry in some heavy groceries for me. He was so kind.
The technicians were very efficient and helpful. They had great attitudes as well. They showed me before and after pictures of the duct cleaning.
