The day of my service, there was an issue and the scheduled provider was unable to make it, however my home was still able to be completed due to the dedicated service of Zerorez and the technician, Christian, who agreed to add my home on to his schedule for the day. He was polite, courteous, and completely enjoyable as he provided excellent service in spite of it being a very long day for him. He had the energy of a first appointment of the day, not the "late in the day assignment" which it was.
We also received discount for the inconvenience.
Christian provided conscientious explanations of all his work and offered other services provided by Zerorez that I might take advantage of in the future. His work was exceptional.
