Terry, the technician, called ahead to ensure someone was in the home; he arrived promptly as he said; politely introduced himself and stepped in to review the areas to be cleaned. After checking for possible tough stains, he reviewed and discussed the total cost, then went about the process of cleaning the carpet! Terry called for me to check the work for approval, told me about other services, gave a bottle of ZERO Carpet Solution, walked me through the payment process, then Thanked me for using ZEROREZ! The carpet was left in far better condition than before ZEROREZ arrived! Terry did an excellent job!
The quality of work was good. My rugs weren’t cleaned the best. I called with my program the tech came back the next day and fixed the problem without question. I highly recommend this service
The 3 gentle who came to clean the air ducts were polite and thorough and knowledgeable in doing their job. They cleaned up whatever debris fell from the vents and the job took less time than I thought.
The main thing, of course, is that the carpet is clean and fresh. The technician arrived on time, was courteous, and worked quickly to get the job done.

At that price, it would be nice if they upgraded the foam material that surrounds the metal in the vent. It is old and disgusting and would be great to have new installed with cleaning
