Initially I reached out to zerorez (instead of one of their competitors) because I have health conditions and their practice of utilizing a system that leaves no residue was something that I need right now. But I got more than just clean carpets - I got peace of mind! The whole process, from scheduling the appointment to the exit conversation with my tech, Marco was incredibly easy. They stayed in touch with confirmations up until my appointment and even offered to come early if I was interested. My tech, Marco was thoughtful, very helpful (I needed some assistance with moving some small items out of the way), honest about what he was going to be able to do and what to expect when he was finished. And though they offered some additional add on services, there was no hard pressure sell, just informing me of my options. I will only use zerorez for my future carpet cleaning needs in the future!
