I was extremely pleases with the office who set up the appointment and the follow up reminders if the appointment time and the alert that the service person was on the way asking for confirmation that I was at home and ready. Cameron was courteous, introducing himself and outlining how he would proceed with the carpet cleaning and verified the cost. He was efficient and had completed the work in an hour more or less. I am extremely impressed when people do exactly what they say in the timeframe agreed to. I give them a 10 out of 10-- especially Cameron.

The process of cleaning with just water, no residue left in carpet. Easy to schedule service and techs are normally very friendly and efficient. Carpet is very clean and my home has a fresh scent without deodorizers.
