Corey did a fantastic job with our carpets! He was able to remove almost all of a chalk paint stain that had been dried into the carpet for months. He was quick, efficient and did a great job. I would highly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning.

Technicians were friendly and polite. Even with the pictures, there is no way to confirm that the vents are clean as they say they are (the pictures only go back so far) but I believe that they believe the vents are clean so that's sufficient.

One item that I noticed on the checklist that we did not discuss was the coils. I actually was under the impression that only a licensed heating and air technician could touch the coils. Were they able to clean the coils too?

This is the 2nd time using Zerorez and the person that was sent to the house this time was amazing. Worked very hard and the end result was great. The first time we had someone come they asked us for a tip which was strange and ackward. The 2nd guy is the best. Thank you.

The appointment was easy to set up online. There was no chemical or cleaner odor. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and very efficient. I like the alert text when they are on the way as well.
