The technician was very professional and very thorough. He walked me through the process and told me exactly what he was going to do. When he finished he showed me a comparison picture to what he was doing and what was done and I wouldn't have known the floor was that dirty. He got spots out that I really didn't think was going to come clean. Very happy with the service.
