I like that you do noy use chemicals but only water. The tech was professional and explained the process. We had a stain on our carpet going into the bathroom which I had tried to get out with no luck. The Tech worked on that stain and got it completely out. My carpet is 14 years old and the tech said carpet looks good but did suggest a solution for worn areas. Thank you Zerorez our carpet look great.
