The team (trainee was involved) was able to remove serious grease and dirt stains from our carpet along with pet odors from a couch. They were very professional, explaining each step and offered recommendations to improve the life of the carpet - but did not push back when we declined those options. The carpet in our house is very old but is in very good condition since we use Zerorez every 2-3 years to do a thorough cleaning.
