The carpet, tile and upholstery looks great. The house smells refreshing. We are excited to have our family in our house for the holidays because of the way it looks. The technician was very knowledgeable and explained each process. He brought us in to show us the outcome of each cleaning. He asked if we had any questions or comments. We were very pleased with cleaning and the courtesy of the technician.
