Honestly, I have liked this company from day one of me using the service, but I realize there are several factors in a job well done. I recently had a small area in my home redone and the tech did an amazing job of the redo. But there was another area where my husband sits that is totally undone. When I looked at it, I said no way did the tech even touch it and I wish I had let Zerorez know, but I didn’t see it. In fact if you all would like to come and take a look, I welcome it. My carpet is 17 years old and I’ve learned a bit over the past 10 years about the wear and tear, but I tell you, this area wasn’t handled the best.
I even remember wondering why the tech was finished so soon. Now I realize he couldn’t have cleaned this area thoroughly. Maybe a manager could come take a look.

The cean on my carpet was great the gentleman that came out was courteous

My service representative, named Jacob, was very courteous, timely and diligent. I was very impressed with his accuracy and cleanliness in doing my carpet. He physically moved furniture items to provide a thorough cleaning that i was very appreciative to receive.

That their are no harsh chemicals. That they are water based.
