They did a great job on the carpets and extracting for fast drying, they where punctual, there was no extra or unpredicted charges and they communicated throughout the process very well. Thomas was very amiable and helpful. Great service!

Very pleased with our service - the carpet, sofa and recliner look clean, revitalized and new. Our technician Javaris worked hard and was courteous. He explained the benefit of the stain guard/protectant for the chemical and demonstrated it for us, so we decided to add that on. He also made sure none of our cats bolted out of the house while he was working.

Fast and efficient. The team was professional and Tilon the team lead was amazing at explaining everything available to us. He went out of his way to walk us step by step through the process and hunt down our dryer vent when we couldn’t find it. Highly recommend.

We received a call when the technician was 30 minutes out and he was right on time. Phillip, our technician, was very polite, took the time to explain the process, and the exact cost. The machine never turned off while he was here and he finished in the time he said he would. When we use Zerorez again, I will definitely request Phillip
