The knowledge of the products needed to complete the job was spot on. He asked what I wanted done, set realistic expectations and confirmed with me all I wanted done before he began. He gave me an aprx time and made sure I came out to look at it, smell it, feel it to make sure it’s what I wanted! We had a sectional done so it wasn’t an easy task to make it look and smell the way he did, after 3 dogs using it for years. It looked brand new and my sister bought it from me. We were going to donate it, but she happened to be down the next day and decided she wanted it. We have some carpet to do now!!! Will def be using Zerorez again!!!

Thanks to our team for an amazing carpet cleaning experience! They previously notified us when they would arrive & they arrived exactly when we expected them. They came in for a quick check of our carpet cleaning area & immediately began the job. Prior to starting, they asked if we had any concerns or questions. The company did our carpet cleaning last year & told us to wear white socks during the drying process which they said would take about 6-8 hours. That drying process took about 2 days & we told them when they arrived for this cleaning about it. The team was so sorry to hear about this "issue" & told us that would never happen again. When it took so long last year, we just thought "that's the way it is" & of course, it finally dried completely & the carpet looked great... just as we expected. But our team on Thursday said that drying time was unacceptable & assured us that our carpet would be dry in at least 6-8 hours... and it was! Perfect! So it was a great experience both times, but the best experience this time & we will definitely have them back for our next carpet cleaning. Thank you very much for your concern & totally professional handling of our carpet cleaning experience. It was awesome & done by a great & professional team.
