We know our carpet has aged a bit since Zerorez serviced us last time but we did expect the carpet would look a little better afterwards. In the less used area, there were stripes we haven't seen before. We will continue to use Zerorez in the future, however.

The cleaner was very prompt, courteous and professional. Gave me a bottle of spot cleaner. He also cleaner the water on the edges of the hardwood where small amounts of water came from the carpet. I will request Cameron to do my house next time for sure.
