I had used Zeroez for carpet and furniture cleaning and this time for duct cleaning. Both times I believe I was sent the best of the best teams. First, the arrival times were very close to the start of the requested and promised appointment time. I also received a call in advance to let me know they were on the way. But more importantly - the guys got to work immediately, and were very pleasant to talk to when they were explaining the process and what was happening. I also appreciated the softness in the voices and the clarity of their speech.

I work from home as I am sure many do and if I had to suggest one thing that can be improved on - it would be the level of noise the duct cleaning process makes. I rescheduled a video conference because I had no quiet place either inside or outside the house while the process was being completed. This was not a problem ..... just a suggestion

I would without hesitation have both Juhlani and his partner (name began with a J also) back for another service.

The products are insanely amazing, nontoxic and insanely remove stains and deodorized our carpet that was installed 18 years ago, this was the first time it was cleaned and we have dogs!!!

The service performed by the Professional Carpet Technician Brian was impeccable! He called 20 minutes before arriving with a professional, pleasant, friendly, energetic greeting & introduction. He arrived and reintroduced himself & the company: covered his shoes, did a walk through, explained the process, input information that he sent to my phone, to keep us informed through the process of cleaning and he truly put his mind, wholeheartedly into cleaning carpet with a spirit of excellence. Now it looks like we have new carpet, it's bright and smells so airily fresh and clean, thank You Jesus and Zerorez!!!
