Dillon (or Dylan) was very professional, thorough, and had great customer service. He explained the process to us and made recommendations as the best way to handle our carpets. We have three dogs in the home and the carpet needed lots of TLC. He came in, explained the process, gave recommendations and completed the job in a timely manner. The service was excellent and we will be calling on him again.
