The technician was courteous and upon arriving immediately began setting up to perform his work. As he was cleaning the carpet, it was very apparent he knew his job very well by his technique in cleaning the carpet. Upon completion my wife and I were very pleased with the results and I feel the technician was as important as the cleaning solution used. In addition, the carpet was dry in a very short time! The companies I've previously used, used too much water which resulted in the carpet staying wet for hours. Any future carpet cleanings, I will call this company.!

I want to hear about the air duct cleaning and if you do any specials for just one unit? And I need more rooms clean can I still use the 129 sale for three rooms? And what can I do to dry them faster it's been over a day and they're still not dry.

Chris came yesterday to do the cleaning for three rooms and he was extremely patient and worked really hard and did an excellent job!
