You do not use any chemicals.

The technician was on time and friendly. No attempts to up sale the requested service. This is the only time a carpet cleaning company has not tried to get more money than previously agreed.

The guy that visited our house was very professional and very friendly. He cleaned our 3 small rooms in an hour and was in and out quickly. The job he did was excellent as he left our home clean and fresh. Our carpets were only 2 and a half years old but because of pets were extremely dirty and full of germs. After our carpets were cleaned they looked the same as the day they were installed and were free of all previous stains. Very impressed with zerorez and I will recommend to friends and family!

Good communication by your company when setting up the appointment. Our service man, Kelsey, was great. He did a fantastic job cleaning the carpet, explaining what he was doing, and was very nice.
