My carpets stay clean quite a long time and they have no chemical smells after cleaning.
I was very pleased with the professionalism of the techs, they were prompt and on time. I was also extremely happy with the final results of the cleaning, it only took about 45 mins and the results were just what I was hoping for. I did not have pet stains only high traffic areas with few stains but after the cleaning all 3 areas were cleaned and fresh. My only concern was that my carpet was only 2 years old, I paid extra for the scotchgard treatment and the techs advised the cleaning would strip the protectant but they would apply thiers for an additional fee...wish I had known this upfront.
