Very professional. Very fast. Reasonably priced. My carpet looks like it's new. The pet stain remover took stains out that were almost 3 years old. It is amazing! I keep checking to see if they are going to reappear but theybare really gone!

The fact that the technician, Eric throughly explained what he visually observed my needs to be, the products to be used and other services as well. I especially like the fact that no chemicals were being used. I was also impressed with Eric when his equipment malfunctioned he did not give up but rather persevered and found yet another mechanism of tackling the job at hand it which left me just as pleased. To know that such a loyal employee cared that much about the customer, his reputation and the company he represents deserves recognition. Hopefully, the company will ensure not to send techs out with faulty equipment moving forward. Nonetheless, Eric's professionalism was on point! Since my cleaning, even my husband, who normally would not have taken notice, admired the difference. My guests too have commented on how beautiful my ceramic foyer and carpet looks.
