The agent was very professional, explained what to expect, and cleaned the carpet thoroughly.

Darius and Amir were great!!! They were on time, kind, knowledgeable, hard working and did a great job. They cleaned 30 year old cream carpet with cat vomit and other pet accidents and other stains wear and tear and made it look the best it has looked in the last 15 yrs. I've only used the carpet cleaning services of Zerorez. It was easly to schedule the cleaning online. The cost of the cleaning was reasonable and a great value but more importantly than that, the technician who cleaned my carpet was prompt, very professional, and ensured the carpet was cleaned to my satisfaction. He also pointed out the few areas where stubborn spots were difficult to completely remove. Kudo's to the the technician.
