Ty, our tech, was awesome. Very friendly and offered educational breaks to explain the process. Showed up on time, with a positive attitude and professional. We did the 3 bedroom + hallway special and they were done in 35 mins. Dry time was 2-3 hours with fans going.

How it’s clean without many chemicals

I like the fact that ZeroRez does not use soap or harsh chemicals. The service was professional and on time. The office kept me apprised of the arrival time. My sofas look great. Cory was my tech and he was friendly and knowledgeable.

They did a fabulous job. That turf hasn't been cleaned since it was installed 5 - 10 years ago and it has endured horrible things. The turf is again green and the room smells much, much better. Thank you. We hope to make this an annual cleaning from now on.

My carpet looked totally different once the Tech had completed the cleaning. In the end we added on a very small area in my kitchen that was considered a room for $65.00. That price was a bit high, put all in all I was extremely pleased with the work.
