The Technician was on time (actually a few minutes early). The technician was nice and friendly. The customer service is great which they worked me in at last minute before the holidays. My carpet was very clean and dry Ed in time frame stated. I would to get a cheaper price or to get specials because of my budget but it’s well worth it.
