Techs are always very nice and know what they’re doing. I like that my carpet isn’t sopping wet after it’s cleaned. Techs are fast, but very thorough, and do a great job on tough spots.

The service provided by Tomas was outstanding. He was clear and detailed about what was available. He went above and beyond by assisting in movements of light furniture and provided suggestions on what should be moved to prevent staining.
Part of my service was to have my upholstery cleaned, and he explained that the company no longer provided service for my type of furniture.
