To set up the appointment (online) was super easy. I received my email and phone confirmation as promised. Both phone representatives, one to confirm appt and the other letting me know tech was on the way, were very polite. The tech arrived within window given and was very friendly and informative. He did a great job and it didn't take nearly as long as I thought. I sat with my 3 kids, under the age of 5, in the basement while he cleaned. We are very pleased and have already told our friends about our experience. We will also call Zerorez for all future cleanings as needed. THANK YOU!!
