The staff that were sent to my home were accommodating and friendly to work on deciding the best cleaning process for the area rug that was cleaned by Zerorez. There was no high pressure sales utilized, which made it a comfortable dialogue.

Bill was great. He was very thorough and listened to my concerns and worked very hard to clean our furniture.

We had our dryer vent cleaned and we were very pleased with the overall service which was very professional. We especially appreciated the care that was given as the men brought the large vacuum hose through our home. The men actually cleaned the outside of the hose before bringing it in! We were impressed. And, our dryer vent is now perfectly clean. We know that because they ran a camera up the vent and took a picture to show us. We highly recommend Zerorez.

Zerorez crew was careful not to scratch our new hardwood floors. He also fixed a duct that had become loose and was sending cold air into the crawl space instead of the living room. That would have cost me $$$ in higher A/C bills.

They called me 20 minutes before the Ronny showed up to do the carpets so I was able to drive home and meet him instead of waiting around for several hours.

Good looking truck, equipment and technicians. Polite, courteous, took care to cleanup after removing equipment from home.

Only negative was that we paid $ 139.00 + $ 15.00 trip for 2 rooms serviced. Granted, one was technically equivalent to 2... On the radio, the same day, heard Zerorez advertisement for $ 119.00 for 3 rooms. I feel we should have been charged the going rate of $ 119.00 (or less)

Not only was the process well-orchestrated by your staff, from initial phone call, to reminder call, to the call to notify me my technician was on his way, he showed up on time (SO important!) but obviously the quality of the cleaning was superb. I was also very impressed by the technician. With two young kids, I'm always wary of anyone in my home, but I could tell immediately he was a normal, friendly and helpful person and I appreciated that very much. He did a fantastic job, was very respectful and made the experience easy.

The Technician was wonderful - very frindly and profesional. He tryed very hard to clean my
