the carpets when cleaned dry very quickly and there is no residue left in the carpet. Plus the technician Jacob "Jake" Piazza was EXTREMELY courteous and professional. He was so polite and knowledgeable. His customer service skills are top notch!!!!

The results are always fantastic and the techs have been very professional however, I am concerned about the use of a corrugated hose in the house. The past two visits from Zerorez have resulted in paint being rubbed away at the base of my door frames. As the hose is pulled thru and/or retracted, it chips off the paint from around the base of the door frame. In the future some type of guard needs to be used so as not to damage the door frame.
Also, if the truck must run during the visit, then some accomodation should be made for the direction of the exaust/tail pipe. The truck had parked on the most narrow portion of my driveway. The result was large burn area on my turf as well as scorched leaves on the adjacent shrub. On the next visit I will request that the tech park further back on the driveway to avoid further damage. Your service is great but I feel that you need to be made aware of these issues. I am willing to forgive and forget because neither of the listed incidents were intentional nor were they a result of neglect. Other clients may not be as understanding.
