The two service techs, Lee and Anthony, were diary class representatives of Zerorrez. They were extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job. They were also on time, which was terrific. The carpets looked very good when they were finished. I was very satisfied with the service.

No harsh smell

So far, I have only had the rug picked up for cleaning. Nate and Rick were very courteous and answered all my questions about cleaning the rug. The only snafu was that the appointment times were inconsistent. I was initially told 10-12, your system had 8-10 when I called to confirm, and the gentlemen came to get the rug between 10 and 12. Small issue for me that day, but potentially an issue for others. Hence not a perfect 10.

I chose Zerorez because you don't use harsh chemicals/treatments. It was a quick, thorough cleaning.
