Service route manager is great and has knowledge of the product and field he is in. Customer service techs that set up the call need to clarify the 48 hour cancellation policy can result in a $50 fee and the time you select for service is a window and not the actual time they show up for example 0Phone number removed is the time frame. Overall very happy and will use service again. Rug feedback will happen once I get it back.

Clean carpets
You technician was very pleasant and thorough. He explained what he would be doing and once he was done, he explained if there were any particularly difficult spots. The carpets look unbelievable!!! I will definitely refer zerorez!! Also, the little amount of time that it took for the carpets to dry!
Thank You to Zerorez. The 2 guys you sent over to clean the Vents were very efficent and professional. I have never seen Vents cleaned like that before. I was amazed by the results. I would definitely recommend Zerorez because now I have had my Carpets cleaned in the past with a Technician who was also very polite and professional and the 2 technicians for the Vent cleaning. Stanley Steemer has definitely lost a customer because I will be using Zerorez from now on.
