Had an issue with previous dispatch, but Bill came out and not only fixed the problem, but went above and beyond by doing my stairs as well. Initially I was upset - mainly just sad, actually - over the let-down of the first service (not even completing an entire room for the $134, when I was initially told at least the whole room (with 2 pet-stained areas) and stairs).
I no longer feel like I wasted the money I saved to get this done. Bill is great, and I will positively recommend Zerorez to others looking for carpet cleaning service! I will be leaving positive reviews on all forums I can, as I understand that things happen, but believe a company's real customer service abilities show in how they resolve those mistakes. Your men were kind and considerate. They made sure I knew everything that they were going to do. They were honest about some stains that they were not sure they would be able to get out.
The focus of your technicians, Kyle and Sam, to give the "best customer service". They did an outstanding job on cleaning the carpet and couldn't have been more polite and courteous. After years in executive office management with telecommunications, Kyle and Sam should be the "bar" that your other technicians are measured by. THEY ROCK!!!! The service man was professional, polite, and efficient. There was one spot that surprisingly did not come out, and I am not sure why. One other thing - three years ago when I first purchased this house and before I moved in, I had Zerorez come and clean the carpets as well as install an expensive air purifier in my attic. I was not here when the purifier was installed, so I was not sure how to operate it. My instinct was that it was not working properly, but my schedule has been crazy. I told myself that the next time I get my carpets cleaned, I would have them check the purifier. Sure enough, the service man said that it was not working - which really disappointed me. He said that he would have Zerorez contact me. I told him that I was about to head out of town for the week. He said he would have them contact me upon return. I am just sending out a friendly reminder. If someone can help me with this situation, I would be immensely grateful.
