It does what it claims. My carpet looks amazing. It makes my whole house look and feel clean. I have a 16 month baby who loves to toss her food on the floor...every stain is gone. The high traffic area looks like the rest if the carpet. Its an earth friendly product that works just as good if not better than the chemical-base products.

I REALLY liked Matthew. I cannot tell you enough what a wonderful job he did and how encouraging he was about making me feel renewed and refreshed in my home. He thoroughly treated stains and explained what had caused the stain. He let me walk around with him, he let me move furniture as he cleaned so that I got every inch of my carpet clean, and he did it with enthusiasm and integrity. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone!

Our rep was great. He took time to answer our questions, helped move big furniture with me, and got right to work. He was done quickly and our OLD carpets look wonderful! We knew our carpets would never look new again but he really did a great job getting the traffic areas looking almost new. We even got some fluff back. Carpets were done & 90% dry in just a few hours.
