Zerorez took care of my home in Suwanee GA a year ago. I was very pleased with the results. Mary is my sister and she is moving from FL to GA and her new home needed the carpet cleaned and Zerorez was my first call. Anthony arrived on time and was very professional and he did a great job! He suggested several options and was very personable. i will always use Zerorez for my future carpet needs.
The technician was very friendly, polite, knowledgeable and professional. I'm sensitive to chemicals so I really like the fact that a hot sterile water solution was used and my carpets are very clean. I could tell that the equipment has powerful suction to remove all dirt and water so that the carpet was only slightly damp instead of wet like most other carpet cleaning companies. The technician went back over some areas to suction to ensure that it was left as clean and dry as possible which was great. I will only use Zerorez from now on!
The tech was on time. He explained the process and options. And most important, our carpet came out looking almost brand new.
