No chemicals. We did not have to remove pets from the house or worry about long term fumes or smells left in the home. Also, several spots on the carpet were removed. In general it looks much cleaner.

There is no odor. The carpets stay clean longer than with chemicals. The service men were very gracious and knowledgeable.
