The carpet cleaning technology far exceeds anything I've received from conventional "soapy" carpet cleaners. And with no residue, then new dirt doesn't stick to areas that were cleaned before. Actually, now that I think about it, it's quite a great gimic for carpet cleaners to use heavy soap because that means the carperts get dirtier quicker, and the repeat business must be great. But now that I know about Zeroez, I won't be using any service but theirs! My carpets truly look brand new ... and the service I received from Daniel really hit it out of the ball park! I was running behind on a couple of projects and didn't have time to move any of my furniture. He went above and beyond getting under and around furniture ... and moving ottomans, etc. ... on his own volition. I won't be using anyone but Zerorez from now on.

Quick drying and effective

The whole process was very easy. The people were all very professional, including the technician, and no one tried to upsell me or change the pricing. The carpet looks much cleaner and it dried fairly quickly, despite the wet weather.

The ease of appointment scheduling and the confirmation received was timely. Reginald was 45 mins early to appt (I was notified in advance of his early arrival.) He was extremely professional, courteous, and well-versed in the Zerorez system. Any question I asked, he knew the answer. He was efficient and provided 5-Star service! Reginald cares about his work and it showed in the manner in which he performed. Reginald's performance reflects great credit upon Zerorez and was a bright light on an otherwise dreary Saturday!

The product lived up the the ads that I heard on WSB but the thing I was most impressed was the tech that cleaned our carpets. Steven was one of the nicest and most professional people that I have had come to my home recently. He knew all about Zerorez's products. He was very friendly and extremely through with my carpet cleaning. I hope that when I have the stairs cleaned that Steven will be the tech that comes again.

The service was great. The only problem I have was with the advertising. The advertisement said three rooms for 129.99. It did not say anything about a $15.00 fuel fee. You need to have that in your advertisement. I feel like it is false advertising.

I liked the promptness and accuracy of the technician arriving and what was charged for the service. I liked that the carpets smelled fresh and clean, but they did not have a sticky residue left on them. The carpets dried quickly and look great!
