Technician did a very good job and was very pleasant and helpful. The carpet did not get really dry until the next day. I go barefoot in the house and the carpet, after cleaning, feels stiff, different from before cleaning. The cost was considerably below Stanley Steemer's estimate, which was so high I said no thanks. A friend in Peachtree City recommended you, a neighbor of hers recommended you to her, I've already recommended you to a friend. The actual clean rates at the same level as Stanley Steemer (Steamer?). Thanks again to Jeremiah.
It dryes fast, smells nice, it really cleans and the guy who came was very nice and friendly.
Your technician who came to my home was very nice, courteous, and professional. He worked extremely hard to get stains out of my carpet. He did a test area first and explained to me what to expect when it was finished. But, since he could not guarantee that the stains would come out completely, he gave me the choice as to whether he should stop then or complete the job. I am very glad that I told him I wanted him to go ahead and complete the cleaning. I am very pleased with the results.
The tecnician was very knowledgeable. He knew what it would take to clean our carpet, deciphering certain stains from others, for deeper cleaning purposes. The carpet went from looking awful to fabulous in just over an hour. Awesome cleaning!
