The 2 gentlemen that arrived to my house were exceptionally polite, professional and courteous. They were also very pleasant to speak with and approachable. They did their job without intruding on the household activities and were cognizant that we were in the home and they provided professionalism the whole time. They were also very knowledgeable about their products and how to use them appropriately. A job very well done and the carpet no longer has a smell; we have lots of pets. No perfume and no animal smells.

My carpet looks brand new! I never thought the grey color would ever turn white. I am completely thrilled with Zerorez!!!! The cleaning attendant John was very polite, informative and very professional and he was on time. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased with the service.

You were careful in not marking the walls when doing the carpet cleaning. The carpets were well cleaned with the majority of stains removed and staying gone once the carpets were dried. It actually works, most company's say that they can get the carpet clean. But it turned out better then what I was expecting after the carpet dried. The only thing is that in the high traffic area's, I was hopping that it would raise the carpet fiber up more so you couldn't see a difference between the areas.

Byron was a friendly, capable representative of your company. He worked diligently and did a truly great job on 3 pieces of overstuffed furniture that I have had for 20 years or so. It's color has been restored somewhat, loooks like new!
