REGGIE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. WE ALREADY MOVED, SO THERE WASN'T ANYONE TO MEET HIM AT THE HOME. HE HANDLED EVERYTHING. HE CALLED WHEN HE ARRIVED AND CALLED ONCE HE HAD COMPLETED THE JOB. I HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO BE IN TOWN THE NEXT DAY AND SAW THE WORK. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED. ZEROREZ CAME RECOMMENDED TO ME AND I AM SO GLAD THAT I CHOSE THEM OVER THE COMPETITOR. The gentleman was courteous and was quick but very thorough. The clean tile in the kitchen and the carpet in the bonus room made them look like brand new rooms, I couldn't stop looking at the clean floors!
