From start to finish everything went perfectly. This was our first time using Zerorez and were very happy! Scheduling was easy and customer service rep was very helpful in figuring cost. Price was good. Aubrey arrived on time and was very courteous. He even talked to our 2 little dogs! He did a very thorough job cleaning and left the carpet looking beautiful and almost DRY! We will definitely ask for Aubrey next time;)
