Prompt and professional service.

He did an excellent job cleaning my carpet.

Prompt & professional

I like how quickly the technician finishes and ask you to check over his work before he leaves.

I was called 30 min in advance (as promised) and the technician arrived on time. He was careful and courteous and did a great job in a timely manner. Very satisfied with the service and have recommended it already to friends.

My rugs had heavy traffic. If they could not get clean, I would have no choice but to replace them, which would have been costly and out of my budget. The Zerorez technican cleaned the rugs so well they practically looked new. I was able to lock into the special, buy 3 rooms get one free and for the time being that worked out well but now that I've seen the amazing results on my heavily trafficked rugs, I'll be sure to look out for the next special offered by Zerorez so I can get the remaining rugs cleaned. Thank you Zerorex, I am thoroughly pleased with the results and will definitely recommend Zerorez to friends, family and colleagues.

Zero rez is a quality product but even better is their employees. Jay Beckham was my service technician and his attention to detail was awesome. After I showed him what needed to be cleaned he worked tirelessly until the job was complete. He was polite and professional at the same time. Jay is the reason I will use Zero rez for all our future carpet cleanings.
