The tech was very helpful and knowledgeable about the company. He answered all my question.the carpet was a lot cleaner. There were some stains that didn't come out, the tech told us they may not and explain the red, blue dye's. In all we were satisfied.

The carpet cleaning scheduled in the morning (with Chris) was professional and thorough. He was friendly and very helpful.
The duct cleaning scheduled the same afternoon was a pleasant surprise. After surveying the system and duct work, your man told me (and showed me) that his work was unnecessary. His integrity is greatly appreciated.
I attempted to do the survey on Kudzu but it would only work through Yahoo if I gave Kudzu access to all of my contacts. I do not do that or I would have been happy to provide a good recommendation.
