Excellent results

I'm still shocked that you were actually able to get the cat urine smell out of our carpet! Chris Barnett did a WONDERFUL job, was so friendly and informative, and provided me with great recommendations so that I ended up getting my living room and stairs cleaned while he was there, too! I would definitely recommend Zerorez and Chris again!

Technician arrived on time, was courteous and professional; I was very pleased with the results.

The service tech that cam out to my house was wonderful! I think his name was Demetri. My carpets look great! Thank you.

I liked the technician, Damien.

They were fast and efficient

Very polite & did a great job

Your technicians are typically on time, courteous and professional. They explain what and how they will do the services. They do offer other services to upsell but so far I have never felt pressured to add on any services if I didn't want them. Although there are less expensive carpet cleaning companies out there I prefer the end result of Zerorez. The house always smells fresh without the chemical smell left over from some other cleaners.

Me moved into a house with cat pee on the rug.
You were not able to remove but the service was excellent!

The job was done quickly. The technicians were friendly and answered all my questions. The carpet looks great. It dried quickly with no lingering odor. Very satisfied.

I liked my tech - Jarvis, he was very professional and thorough

It actually cleans the carpet!

Clean professional and on time staff.

VERY PROFESSIONAL TREATMENT -NOT PUSHY -VERY THOROUGH

I like the fact that no chemicals are left in the carpet. I appreciate any service that uses green technology rather than relying on chemicals.

Worked well!

I like the look of the results! It's only been a few days, but I like that your product isn't supposed to leave cleaners behind on the carpet, that ends up attracting more dirt to it.

Also, your crew was extremely polite and professional, and did a great job!
