in general the initial cleaning was good / on time / good tech / but not perfect -- what was impressive was the follow up to my request for a redo -- again on time and redo tech was outstanding in explaining what might have gone wrong and his attempt to correct the problem -- before i used your service i was a skeptic as to the fact that you guys were different -- however since using your service i can see you are different in a very positive way ---- thanks -- will call next time need service and let all my friends you guys are great ------------------- First name removed

They are absolute the best anywhere... let me tell you IF you want the best looking carpets do NOT even think about calling any other company..you will never get the results that Zerorez gives. The service was awesome.. the tech was very polite, professional and I have the highest respect for this company.
