The chemical free process
Initial visit did not meet expectations, but the follow up was excellent. Bill knows his carpet! He was able to get the stains out that were remaining after the first visit and gave me some valuable advice on how to deal with pet odor issue.

The tech was very professional and courteous to my home. Everything looked great when he left, but then in the evening of the cleaning I noticed a few stains re-emerge in my basement. I called Zerorez the next day and they happily scheduled a revisit for me. The stain was from previous home owners, so I'm not sure it will come out, but I am pleased with their professionalism and follow-up.
